The staff not only welcomed me warmly but also went out of their way to accommodate me, like retrieving my forgotten hairbrush promptly. The room was not only spacious and quiet but also had the perfect temperature-thanks to the excellent heating and icy cold air conditioning. The cozy terrace with lovely tea cups and a kettle provided a peaceful retreat. The modern flat-screen TV added a nice touch to my comfortable stay. The attention to detail and exceptional service truly made me feel at home. Ideall is a gem that I would choose again without hesitation!
